Vitesse Media plc (AIM: VIS), the publishing, events and multimedia company,
today announces the appointment of Nicola Jane Baker, Head of Events and
Marketing, to the Company's Board.  The appointment is with immediate effect.



Niki, 41, joined Vitesse Media in 2006 as Head of Events for the Group's
expanding Events Division. She is a successful, experienced event professional
with over 20 years' proven track record with the events industry.  Prior to
joining Vitesse Media, she worked her way up to Group Show Director for DMG
World Media on events such as Daily Mail Ski and Snowboard and Daily Mail Ideal
Home Show which was visited by half a million people.



The Board is also pleased to announce the promotion of Leslie Copeland, Vitesse
Media's Editorial Director, to Editorial and Operations Director. Leslie manages
Vitesse Media's twenty strong editorial and design team in both London and
Birmingham. He has responsibility for the delivery of all of Vitesse Media's
high-quality products across all platforms - online, events and print. He is
also involved in product development and has been with the Company since 1997.
Leslie is, of course, an award-winning journalist in his own right.



Commenting on the appointments, Sara Williams, Chairman of Vitesse Media plc,

record and wealth of experience in events and marketing will be invaluable to
