United Utilities Group PLC (UU.LN), a water company, announced Thursday that Tim Weller, Chief Financial Officer, has decided to leave the group in May 2010, after almost four years in the role.

MAIN FACTS:

-Weller will be taking up a new position with Cable & Wireless Worldwide (CW.LN) as its new Chief Financial Officer.

-The search for his successor is underway.
