Exercise of share options

Directors' interests in shares

Ultimate Finance Group plc (AIM:UFG ) announces that Jeremy Coombes, Chief Executive and Shane Horsell, Finance Director,have exercised options over 200,000 shares and 135,000 shares in UFG respectively, under proposals made to option holders in connection with the proposed acquisition of UFG by Renovo Group PLC.

Following such exercise, application has been made for the new UFG shares arising on exercise of these options to be admitted to AIM and it is expected that dealings in the new ordinary shares will commence with effect from 27 August 2013.

Immediately following such exercise, there are 74,959,700 UFG shares in issue in which Jeremy Coombes and Shane Horsell have the following interests:
