Board Change

The Company announces that Colin Fox is to join the Board as Sales Director with
effect from today.

Colin Fox, 47, joined Total Systems plc to head up sales at the beginning of
April this year. Prior to joining Total, Colin was Managing Director of
Intuitive Systems which was sold to IMRglobal Inc (subsequently acquired by CGI)
in January 2000 and was subsequently Managing Director of Strategic Asset
Management Solutions (backed by Lloyds Development Capital the venture capital
arm of Lloyds TSB) where he was responsible for the turnaround and sale of the
business.

Terence Bourne, Chairman of Total, said: 'Colin brings a wealth of experience
from major companies including IBM and Logica and more recently managed the
rapid growth of Intuitive Systems both in the UK and Internationally. Colin's
drive and track record in building software businesses servicing major financial
institutions is a very welcome addition to the Total Systems Board'.

Colin Fox commented 'I am delighted to join the Board of Total Systems. Total
has an enviable track record of delivering systems to the financial services for
over thirty years. The company has developed, in Ultima, a leading software
system for the industry and I look forward to contributing to the development of
this business and to working with the highly experienced staff at Total.
