Extension of Offer for Subscription
On 13 October 2000 the Board announced an offer for
subscription of up to #40 million ordinary shares at an
issue price of 100p per share payable on full
subscription details of which were contained in the
prospectus of the same date.
The Board is pleased to announce that to date
approximately #25 million has been raised.
The Board also announces that it has decided to extend
the closing date from 16 January.
The next closing date will be 12 February 2001 unless the
offer is fully subscribed by an earlier date. The
closing date may be extended or the size of the offer for
subscription may be increased at the absolute discretion
of the directors.
