Report and Accounts 
 
 
In its final results released on 8 July 2009 the Company stated that its Report 
and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2009 would be posted to shareholders on 
or around 5 August 2009.  As previously announced the Board is currently 
preparing a circular to shareholders containing details of the proposed AIM 
cancellation which is expected to be dispatched over the coming weeks. The 
Company's Report and Accounts will now be posted to shareholders at the same 
time however a pdf version is currently available to download from the Company's 
website at http://www.touchstone.co.uk/about_us/investor_relations/reports.aspx
