                                Issue of Equity


The Directors of TP70 2008 (I) VCT plc are pleased to announce that the Company
has applied for the ninth allotment of 1,111,250 Ordinary Shares allotted on 7
April 2008 pursuant to the offer for subscription dated 14 December 2007, being
1,111,250 Ordinary Shares of 1p each at a price of #1 per share to be admitted
to the Official List.

As a consequence of the ninth allotment, a total of 22,075,765 Ordinary Shares
have now been issued under the offer.

Dealing of the shares is expected to commence on 14 April 2008.
