Technoplast Industries Ltd. (hereinafter: "the Company") has announced to the
Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and to the Israeli Securities Authority as an immediate
report the following:

Mr. Yoel Feldshaw ceased to hold the office of public director in the Company.

To the best of the Company's knowledge, the reason for Mr. Feldshaw's leaving
the office of public director is of no consequence to the Company and/or to its
shareholders.

Subsequent to the above cessation Mr. Feldshaw ceased to be an interested party
in the Company.
