TMN notes the announcement made by Tangent Communications plc this morning and
confirms that, as stated in its announcement of 14 March 2008, it remains in
discussions with several parties in relation to a potential offer for the
Company. These discussions, whilst progressing satisfactorily, remain at an
early stage and there can be no certainty that an offer will be made for the
Company.
