Drawdown of Convertible Bond Facility and Grant of Warrants
Technology Minerals Plc (LSE: TM1), the first listed UK company
focused on creating a sustainable circular economy for battery
metals, announces that further to its announcement on 8 January
2024, that it had approved a GBP5 million Convertible Bond Facility
with CLG Capital LLC, it has completed the drawdown of the first
GBP1.0 million and in accordance with the terms of the facility,
the Company issued CLG Capital LLC with the following warrants:
