Drings of Bath Plc ("Drings") announces that on Tuesday 20 October, 1998 Ernst
& Young were appointed receivers to Drings by Barclays Bank Plc.  As a result
of this the Board requested The London Stock Exchange to delist Drings from
the Alternative Investment Market which the London Stock Exchange has agreed
to do with effect from today.

This announcement is issued by Noble Capital Ltd, successor to Neill Clerk
