2,527,500 ordinary shares at a price of 2.375 pence each which represents 3.29
% of the existing ordinary share capital.

In addition, last week Union Pension Trustees Limited disposed of 3,135,000
ordinary shares representing 4.08% of the existing ordinary share capital.

Accordingly, Union Pension Trustees Limited no longer have an interest in the
share capital of Drings of Bath Plc.
