1,100,000 (1.43%) Ordinary Shares at 2.5p each to Mr John Turigliatto.

Accordingly Union Pension Trustees Limited's and Mr Turigliatto's interests in
the share capital are 6,762,500 (8.81%) and 4,650,000 (6.06%) respectively.
