In line with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and
Transparency Rules, Digital Barriers plc ("Digital Barriers" or the
"Company") announces that, as at today's date, the Company's total
issued share capital is 50,984,761 ordinary shares of 0.01p each
("Shares").
Digital Barriers holds zero shares in treasury. Therefore, the
total number of voting rights in Digital Barriers is
50,984,761.
The above figure of 50,984,761 may be used by shareholders as
the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine
if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to
their interest in, Digital Barriers under the FSA's Disclosure and
Transparency Rules.
