Application has been made to the London Stock
Exchange for the block listing of 5,000,000
Ordinary shares of 2513/20p each fully paid,
ranking pari passu with the existing Ordinary
shares, to the Official List.

4,500,000 shares will be allotted pursuant to the
exercise of options under the rules of the
Company's Executive Share Option Scheme.

500,000 shares will be allotted pursuant to the
exercise of options under the rules of the
Company's Sharesave Scheme.
