The Trustees of the Spotlight Advertising Pension Fund ("Spotlight") disposed
of 17,800,000 ordinary shares in 10 Group PLC at 0.5p per share on Friday 16th
February 2001. Spotlight no longer has any interest in 10 Group PLC.


Spotlight is the pension fund of Mr Paul Harvey a former director of 10 Group
PLC
