Central Associates Ltd, a company in which Andy Moore, Chairman of 10 Group plc,
is a director and shareholder, has sold 68,800,000 shares at 0.16589p in 10
Group plc to Scoreloop Ltd  which now holds 120,508,243 shares in the Company
representing approx 4.9% of the issued shares of the Company.

With immediate effect Andy Moore has resigned as Chairman and Director of 10
Group plc and has settled his service contract with the Company.

Michael Stearn has been appointed as Director of 10 Group plc with immediate
effect.

Seymour Pierce have been replaced by CFA Securities as brokers to the company,
with effect from 1st February 2003.

A list of the current directorships and directorships held within the previous
five years is attached. There are no other disclosures required in respect of
Michael Stearn under Schedule 2 (f) of the AIM Rules.
