10 Group plc

10 Group plc has completed the acquisition of the leasehold interest, goodwill,
fixtures and fittings of the restaurant cafe bar currently trading as Dome in
Atlantic Wharf, Cardiff.

Contracts have been exchanged in respect of the Dome restaurant cafe bar in
Birmingham, with completion to take place as soon as the lease has been
assigned.

The businesses have been acquired from the Laurel Pub Company Ltd for a total
consideration of #40,000 in cash, plus stock at valuation.

They will be operated by 10 Leisure plc, the leisure and franchise division of
10 Group plc. Both operations will be rebranded and relaunched soon after
completion.
