10 Group plc, the AIM-listed investment and leisure group, has sold 70 per
cent of its advertising agency CWG in Leeds to SWK of London for a
consideration of #460,000 in cash. The consideration is payable over a period
of five years. Over the same period 10 Group will repay a loan outstanding
from CWG amounting to #100,000.

10 Group chairman Andy Moore said: "The sale of the majority shareholding in
CWG is in line with our stated strategy to concentrate on investment and
leisure opportunities."
