10i, the investment arm of 10 Group plc, has agreed to invest #202,407.89 to
subscribe for 33,734,649 shares at 0.6p in Beaufort Group plc (Beaufort),
which is listed on AIM, as part of the Open Offer announced by Beaufort on 6
July.

Beaufort is seeking to raise approximately #1.34 million, net of expenses, by
the issue of 274,355,045 new shares in an Open Offer.

10 Group chairman Andy Moore has been appointed a non-executive director of
Beaufort with immediate effect.

Beaufort is a pan-European consultancy operating primarily in the United
Kingdom, France and Sweden, providing services and products to enhance client
performance in the four core areas of:

-         strategic consultancy and advice

-         solution identification and delivery

-         skill measurement and enhancement

-         search for internal and external talent for client organisations

Andy Moore said: "Beaufort Group plc is a company with tremendous growth
potential in the European marketplace and as such represents the kind of
investment that 10i is actively seeking.

"This is our first major investment since we announced we were withdrawing
from marketing and media activities to focus on investment and leisure.

"We are pleased to have been invited to take part in the Open Offer and I am
personally delighted to have been offered a seat on the board which will
enable me both to monitor the performance of 10i's investment and participate
in guiding and enhancing the progress and growth of Beaufort."
