                      Acquires 4 per cent of RexOnline

10 Group plc, the AIM listed multi-media and internet group, has today
purchased 250,000 new ordinary shares at 87p via a private placing in
RexOnline, representing 4 per cent of the enlarged share capital.

RexOnline is an AIM listed company specialising in IT and online recruitment
internet sites including Jobtrack online, Jobmagic.net, Recruitment exchange
online, RecruitIT'99, and CTIjobs.co.uk.
