The Company has today received notification that, on 30 June 2011, the Trustees of TCS Trustees Limited purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company at a price of GBP1.86 per share. As a result of this purchase the holding of TCS Trustees Limited in the Company is 222,610 shares, representing 0.42% of the total shares in issue.
