              Town Centre Securities appoints new Finance Director

Town Centre Securities PLC, the Leeds based property investment and development
company, is delighted to announce the appointment of Karen Prior BSc FCA as
Finance Director and Company Secretary.

Karen is aged 45 and has been Finance Director and Company Secretary of Q-Park
(UK) Limited since June 2001, prior to which she was Group Financial Controller
and Company Secretary of Town Centre Securities PLC.

Karen will join Town Centre Securities later this year after finalising her
responsibilities at Q Park.

A further announcement will be made, as to the effective date of Karen's
appointment, in due course.

There are no further disclosures to be made in relation to Karen Prior pursuant
to Listing Rules 9.6.13 (1)-(6).
