Share purchases by Paolo Dal Pino

London, 20 August 2018 - Telit Communications PLC ("Telit", "the Group", AIM: TCM), a global enabler of the Internet of Things (IoT), announces an update to the disclosures made on 14 August 2018 with regard to Paolo Dal Pino.

Mr Dal Pino, who did not previously hold any Telit shares, has since that date purchased a total of 55,000 ordinary Telit shares which together represent 0.04% of Telit's issued share capital.

Mr Dal Pino will be appointed as a director and independent non-executive chairman of Telit with effect from 1 September 2018.
