Company Update

Further to the announcement made on 1 February 2019, the Company announces that it has reached agreement in principle with Peterhouse Capital Limited to undertake an equity fundraising which will enable the company to meet its ongoing solvency requirements in accordance with the Isle of Man 2006 Company Act.

The Company then intends to undertake a capital distribution, based on the Net Asset Value of the Company, to be made to all shareholders.

A Circular, with details of the proposed transaction, and convening an Extraordinary General Meeting will be issued and a further announcement made as soon as possible.
