                              Licencing agreement


Endeavors Technologies on behalf of Tadpole Technology plc and its subsidiaries
today announced that it had concluded a worldwide licensing agreement with
Citrix Systems, Inc.


The agreement grants Citrix access to and the right to use the patents granted,
and pending, and software, developed by Endeavors and Stream Theory, in all
Citrix products.


Endeavors CEO Peter Bondar said, "We are delighted to have licensed our
technologies to Citrix the global leader in application delivery
infrastructure."
