Following the realisation of the investment portfolio, save for one unquoted 
company, SVM Asset Management Limited's investment management agreement has 
been terminated and the following changes have occurred to the Board of SVM UK 
Active Fund PLC (the `Company'). 
 
Steve Miller and Nicole Murphey have been appointed, effective on 4 July 2011, 
as non-executive directors to the Company. 
 
Mark Powell, Richard Brooman, Fred Carr, John Lloyd and Colin McLean have all 
resigned from the Board, with effect from close of business today. 
 
The details of the present and past directorships/partnerships of each of Steve 
Miller (aged 58) and Nicole Murphey (aged 34) are set out below:

liquidation, administration, company voluntary arrangement or any composition 
or arrangement with that company's creditors generally or with any class of its 
creditors; or 
 
(iv) has been a partner in a partnership at the time of or within 12 months 
preceding any compulsory liquidation, administration or partnership voluntary 
arrangement of such partnership; or 
 
(v) has had his assets the subject of any receivership or has been a partner of 
a partnership at the time of or within 12 months preceding any assets thereof 
being the subject of a receivership; or 
 
(vi) has been subject to any public criticism by any statutory or regulatory 
authority (including any recognised professional body) or has ever been 
disqualified by a court from acting as a director of a company or from acting 
in the management or conduct of the affairs of a company.
