The Company announces that it has received notification that James Sparrow, a PDMR, exercised an option under The Savills Sharesave Scheme and acquired 2,812 Savills plc ordinary shares of 2.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") at an option price of GBP6.40 per share on 10 November 2021. As a result, Mr Sparrow has a total beneficial interest in 56,230 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.04% of the Company's issued share capital.
