The Company announces, in response to recent press speculation and the recent
movement in the Company's share price, that it has received an approach which
may or may not lead to an offer for the whole of the Company's issued share
capital.  As a result of this unsolicited approach, the Board has now
commenced preliminary discussions to establish whether or not, and at what
price, an offer might be made.

A further announcement will be made of any relevant developments.
