As at the close of business on 30 June, the Company's net asset value was  GBP2.77m 
equivalent  to 7.94 pence per share.  The  closing share price of 4.75 pence per 
share was at a 40% discount to net asset value. 
 
Starvest  uses closing  bid prices  or the  Directors' lower valuation if deemed 
appropriate.
