                             Dealings by Directors


The Company was informed on 3rd April 2008, that on the 31st March 2008, D
Knight, R Turnbull, K Royal & M Matheson had exercised their Matching Share
Awards pursuant to the rules of the Company's Annual Award Plan and that the
Trustee of the ScS Upholstery Employee Benefits Trust ("the Trust") had awarded
31,019, 1,624, 21,417 and 923 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares")
respectively to the aforementioned Directors.

Following these awards, 63,498 Ordinary Shares are now held in the Trust,
representing 0.19% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Following the above transaction D Knight, R Turnbull, K Royal and M Matheson
have an interest in 281,319, 66,443, 66,590 and 2,911 Ordinary Shares
respectively representing 0.83%, 0.20%, 0.20%, and 0.008% respectively of the
issued share capital of the Company.
