The Company was informed on 18 April 2006 that following the purchase of 150,000
ordinary shares in the Company, there are the following interests in the share
capital of the company.


SVM Global Fund plc has a beneficial interest in 2,700,000 ordinary shares,
which represents 5.2% of the Company's issued share capital.


Premier Enterprise Fund has a beneficial interest in 3,765,000 ordinary shares,
which represents 7.3% of the Company's issued share capital.


SVM Asset Management Limited has a non beneficial interested in 6,465,000
ordinary shares of the Company, which represents 12.5% of the Company's issued
share capital
