Notice of AGM and posting of Annual Report and Accounts

Stride Gaming plc (AIM: STR), a leading online gaming operator, announces that its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 August 2018 and the Notice of its 2019 Annual General Meeting (AGM) are available for download on the Company's website at https://www.stridegaming.com/investor-relations/annual-report-2018 .

The Notice of the AGM will be posted to shareholders on 8 January 2019.

The AGM will be held at the offices of Hudson Sandler LLP, 25 Charterhouse Square, London EC1M 6AE on Wednesday 6 February 2019 at 9.30 a.m.

Special Dividend in respect of the QSB Gaming contingent consideration

In the Company's announcement of its audited results for the year ended 31 August 2018 on 21 November 2018, reference was also made to the proposed distribution, by way of a special dividend, of the earn-out received relating to the QSB Gaming transaction, which is expected to be in excess of GBP6.0m (equating to 8.0 pence per share) and which is expected to be paid in spring or early summer 2019. In addition, reference was made to such dividend being subject to the approval of shareholders at the 2019 AGM. Since the final amount and timing of such special dividend has not yet been finalised, the Company is now proposing to make such distribution by way of interim dividend at the relevant time, thereby not requiring the approval of shareholders to do so.

The Company will make a further announcement regarding the final amount and timing of such special dividend in due course.
