CHANGE OF JOINT COMPANY SECRETARY

Star Phoenix (AIM: STA), an international company with oil and gas projects and oilfield service businesses in Trinidad and Indonesia, announces the appointment of Mr Lubing Liu (the Company's Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer) as Joint Company Secretary, replacing Sara Kelly with effect from 1 April 2020.

The Company would like to thank Ms Kelly for her services over the period she has been Company Secretary.

Ms Evgenia Bezruchko will continue in her role of Joint Company Secretary without change.
