Agreement with Coerver Coaching

Sports Stars Media plc ("Sports Stars"), the Portuguese-based sports animation and media company, announces it has entered into an informal agreement (the "Agreement") with Coerver Coaching, a global grass roots soccer coaching programme (www.coerver.com). Coerver Coaching is a leading soccer skills academy operating in 28 countries around the world (including the USA, UK, Japan and Australia) and over a period of 29 years around 2 million children having attended their soccer schools. Coerver Coaching has also worked with professional clubs at the highest level, including Bayern Munich, Real Madrid and Newcastle United, in order to help develop the next generation of professional footballers.

This is the third major signing by Sports Stars in the last 18 months following on from the rights to use the Jose Mourinho images in an animated TV soccer series, which will promote the sale of the Mourinho Trading Card Game with 3D Augmented Reality, and a global online soccer league competition fronted by one of the world's top footballers, Cristiano Ronaldo, the Multi Skills Cup.

Under the Agreement, Coerver will provide soccer skills know-how to be showcased in the Mourinho series, Mourinho Trading Card Game and the Multi Skills Cup. Commercially, Coerver is well connected with TV broadcasters throughout Europe and will look to promote the Sports Stars series through their established contacts. Coerver will receive a percentage of the net income of the Trading Card Game in those territories that it has achieved product distribution and media coverage.

As previously announced, Sports Stars has enhanced its product range considerably in the last 12 months and will shortly launch a complete soccer "edutainment" platform with TV series, games and branded products.
