Spiritus Mundi plc (LSE: SPMU), the Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) which will seek to acquire targets in Europe and Asia in the clinical diagnostics sector , is pleased to announce the publication of the Company's Annual Report and Financial Statements for the period from incorporation on 28 April 2021 to 30 September 2022 (the "Annual Report").
