Furtheer to the announcement made on 14 February 2006, SPG Media Group Plc
announces that it was informed on 14 February 2006 that Mr Steve Nicholson,
Chief Executive, and Mr Keith Sadler, Finance Director, each purchased 25,000
shares in the Company at a price of 11 pence per share on 14 February 2006. Mr
Nicholson and Mr Sadler are now interested in 1,059,630 and 1,383,776 shares in
the Company respectively, representing approximately 1.2 per cent. and 1.6 per
cent. of the issued share capital respectively.
