Result of Annual General Meeting

Sondrel (AIM: SND), the fabless semiconductor business providing turnkey services in the design and delivery of 'application specific integrated circuits' ("ASICs") and 'system on chips' ("SoCs") for leading global technology brands, announces that at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held at 1.00 p.m. today, shareholders duly passed all of the resolutions proposed.
