that, following a purchase of 66,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company
("Shares") on 29 June 2005, Gartmore Growth Opportunities has a notifiable
interest in 521,045 Shares, representing approximately 3.15% of the Company's
issued ordinary share capital.
