Following the declaration by Tracsis plc that its recommended offer for the entire issued share capital of Sky High plc (the "Company") is wholly unconditional, the non executive directors of the Company, Richard Jackson, Michael Jackson, David Lowe, Sir John Madejski and Nick Lanigan have, as agreed, resigned as directors with immediate effect.
