Statement - Cash on deposit with KS&F 
                                           Stockcube Plc 
                        Cash on deposit with Kaupthing Singer & Friedlander 
 
The  Company  announced on 10 October, 2008 that its deposit of GBP280,000 with Kaupthing  Singer  & 
Friedlander ("KS&F") had been frozen after KS&F had been placed into administration on 8  October, 
2008. This deposit represented approximately 10.9 per cent of the cash and cash equivalents of the 
Company and its subsidiaries as at 30 June 2008. 
 
This  deposit, together with interest of GBP4,075.88, was repaid in full on 27 March,  2009  by  the 
Financial Services Compensation Scheme and the Company has no further claim on KS&F.
