SOLAR INTEGRATED ANNOUNCES ADDITIONAL LISTING
London, UK and Los Angeles, California, October 31, 2008 - Solar Integrated Technologies, Inc. (AIM:SIT.LN), a leading provider of
building integrated photovoltaic (BIPV) roofing systems, today announces that, pursuant to the agreement effective 20 December 2007 between
the Company and the remaining holder of 6.5% Convertible Notes due 2010, the Company has elected to satisfy the coupon due in respect of the
six month period to the end of October 2008 by way of the issue of 549,685 new Common Shares in the capital of the Company at a price of
0.30p, being the average mid-market price of the shares for the 10 trading days to 24 October 2008.
Application has been made for 549,685 new Common Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. It is expected that dealings in these new
Common Shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Common Shares, will commence on 4th November 2008.
