Completion of Issue and Admission to AIM
Sherborne Investors (Guernsey) A Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce
that it has raised gross proceeds of GBP105 million by issuing 105 million
Shares at the Issue Price of GBP1.00 per Share. The Shares will commence trading
on AIM at 8.00am today under the symbol SIAG.
