                      Holding in Company - Issue of equity

The Company was informed today that on 3 May 2005 Morgan Stanley Securities
Limited (MSSL) disposed of 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares, resulting in MSSL reducing
its holding to 1,725,000 shares, representing approximately 6.99 per cent. of
the issued share capital of the Company.

The Company also announces that it has today issued 16,500 new Ordinary Shares
pursuant to the exercise of an option by an employee. Application has been made
for these shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and this is expected to take
place on 12 May 2005.
