Notification of a transaction by a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR")

The Company received notification on 26 September 2022 that Rupert Faure Walker had bought 98,408 ordinary shares of GBP0.25 each at an average price of GBP1.5648 each (for an aggregate price of GBP153,988.84).

Following this purchase, Rupert Faure Walker is interested in 1,008,450 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.179% of the entire issued share capital of the Company.
