Notification of a transaction by a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR")

The Company received notification on 21 September 2022 that Rupert Faure Walker had bought 4,643 ordinary shares of GBP0.25 each at an average price of GBP1.4369 each (for an aggregate price of GBP6,671.53).

Following this purchase, Rupert Faure Walker is interested in 813,093 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.144% of the entire issued share capital of the Company.
