    Sale of Spanish Distribution Business

    SCi Entertainment Group Plc, creator of some of the world's leading video game franchises under the Eidos brand, reached agreement on 22
July 2008 to sell its Spanish distribution business, Proein SL, to Koch Media GmbH of Hn, Austria. The Group has also entered into a
distribution agreement with Proein, which will continue to distribute its products in Spain under its new ownership. 

    Phil Rogers, Chief Executive said; 

    "Selling the Proein business is in line with our declared strategy to have a lean and efficient approach to distribution to support our
product focused, studio-led business model. Proein has a history of building business with Eidos and other publishers and we look forward to
working with them as our distribution partner in the future."

    Dr. Klemens Kundratitz, CEO of Koch Media said:

     "With the acquisition of Proein we are furthering the expansion strategy of the Koch Media Group. The position, experience and strength
of Proein in Spain perfectly complements the current structure of the Koch Media Group and reinforces our position as the premier
independent player in the European market. We are happy to have achieved this important next step in our ongoing international expansion."

    In accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 10.3.2 (2) (b), the gross assets of Proein SL as at 30 June 2008 were EUR8.6m
(unaudited).
