plastic shopping trolleys, announces that the Company's annual report and
accounts for the year ended 31 December 2008, has been posted to shareholders,
together with the Notice of the Annual General Meeting. An electronic copy of

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 11.00 a.m. on Tuesday 28
