                           Directors' Shareholdings

Supercart Plc (the "Company") has been informed that Mr Mike Wolfe, Chief
Executive, acquired 20,000 ordinary shares at a price of 14.5 pence per share on
23 April 2007. Following this purchase, Mr Wolfe holds 7,415,000 ordinary shares
representing approximately 20.89 per cent. of the total voting rights of the
Company.
