Directors' Shareholdings

The Board of Supercart Plc (the "Company") announces that on 3 May 2006 it made
a grant of options to the Chairman, Victor Segal and to non executive director,
Charles Price pursuant to the Supercart Unapproved Share Option Scheme. These
options are exercisable at a price of 16.3p per share, being the closing
mid-market price over the five business days prior to the date of grant, at any
time between 3 May 2009 and 4 February 2014.

The Remuneration Committee has also awarded options over a further 530,000
ordinary shares (representing approximately 2.6 per cent. of the issued share
capital) to a number of the Company's key members of staff. These options are
exercisable at a price of 20p per share and may be exercised at any time between
3 May 2008 and 4 February 2014.

Following the grant of these options, these directors have the following
